Air Nozzles & Jets

Nex Flow™ removes the confusion from air jets and nozzles You do NOT need hundreds of different nozzles. All air amplifying nozzles produce air flows up to 25 times the compressed air consumed. Different nozzles have different outlet sizes and the more air used, the greater the force produced. Noise reduction up t0 10 dBA is typical as well as reduced air consumption when compared to open jets and tubes.

The most important reason to use air nozzles or jets is safety All Nex Flow air nozzles and jets meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically lower with air nozzles and jets in addition to lower energy use.

Air Nozzle Cluster: An Air Nozzle Cluster can use a large amount of compressed air. A cluster of air jets can be much more efficient by using less compressed air and with just as much energy for blowoff.

Air Jets

Air jets entrain large volumes of surrounding air through the jet (similar to air amplifiers) and are more efficient than air nozzles. They cover a larger blow-off target than a nozzle.

Swivel Fittings

High quality stainless steel swivel fittings for air nozzles, air jets, small air knives, and air amplifiers allow for a 25 degree movement from the center axis (50 degree total movement) to aim then secure in position the blow-off application.

Nex Flow™ Manifolds

Nex Flow™ Mounting Systems  for air knives and air amplifiers provide a convenient and flexible way to utilize the products for blow-off and cooling applications.   All Mounting Systems  are made of powder coated steel.  One knob controls the infinite flexibility of the system and secures it in place after the air knife or amplifier is properly positioned.   Optional magnetic base can secure it to a magnet accepting platform.  Rugged and secure positioning.
