Deliveries:

We use a range of couriers depending on the product and the final destination. Typically if you order a product in the morning you should have it by the next afternoon. Holidays and weekends do cause delays. Delivery options and costs will appear during your check out process, and you will also have an option of collecting from us. We do not offer deliveries outside South Africa at this stage. If you are based outside of South Africa please e mail us to arrange a quotation to your destination.

 

Payment:

We accept credit/debit card payments as well as an EFT option or direct deposit. Please take note that the order will only be released once the payment has been cleared and is reflecting in our account.

 

Returns:

In the event of any non electronic product being faulty we will gladly exchange or refund it if it returned to us within 7 days of purchase, complete, original condition and in original packaging. Unfortunately with electronics there are no returns, but feel free to contact us to discuss what went wrong and find a solution.
