Nex Flow™ Vacuum Cups are made of polyurethane material. They are very reliable and can handle objects weighing from a few grams to several hundred kilograms or pounds. Nex Flow™ suction are reliable in moving difference kinds of products and materials from fragile, compact or simple to curved, uneven surface, flat or angled parts.
Our Nex Flow™ suction cups are made of Polyurethane (PU) for better flex resistance and a lower likelihood of flex cracking. The 'feel' of the material is influenced by its higher resilience elastomeric feeling for a more springy action. It will have better flex and resilience properties than many conventional vacuum cup systems.
Nex Flow™ suction cups will feel different due to their high resilience and different modulus of our material ester chemistry. The resilience will be higher, resistance to flex cracking will be better and resistance to tear will be better.
Nex Flow™ suction cups can last up to two or more times the life of many other types of vacuum cups offering great savings in material, and downtime.
Nex Flow™ Range of Suction/Vacuum Cups:
- Bellow 1.5, Size from 5-20 with the hardness of 60 Shore (Bellow 1.5 cups handle small objects)
- Flat Suction cups Size of 20 and 25. (Suitable for flat objects such as metal sheet, cardboard - have good stability and little movement.)
- Bellow 2.5 Size from 20-70 with the hardness of 60 Shore
- Bellow 2.5 Size from 20-70 with the hardness of 30/60 Shore. (Suitable for level adjustment on uneven surfaces such as cardboard. The 2.5 bellow have a difference shore hardness to make the suction cups stable and flexible)
